At Alpine North, our goal is for customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where items need to be returned. Products can be returned for a refund, voucher, or exchange. To make the process as simple and efficient as possible, please read this policy carefully.

Return Policy
You can return unused products in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return Process
If you wish to return items, please contact us at info@alpinenorthwear.com and provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Since we work with warehouses and suppliers abroad, return shipping costs may be higher. These costs are always borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to process your return.
Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Providing a tracking number is part of the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Color or Size)
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will promptly send you a replacement.

Returning a Defective Product
Send the unused product back within 30 days of delivery.
After we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is in good condition, we will send you a replacement or issue a voucher.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
The shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
We only accept exchanges for items of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, or used, except in special cases or for items from discounted packages.

Exchange/Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds are usually issued via the original payment method and may take a few days to appear.
